Ablesoft Solutions has contracted with TeamViewer, an industry leading solution
in remote connectivity, to provide remote support for ASI’s customers. Although
this remote support software will provide us with the ability to connect to your
computer, ASI will only connect to your computer for the purposes of development,
troubleshooting, and maintenance of your ASI systems in a quick and efficient manner,
while minimizing your maintenance expenses.
ASI takes security seriously. Though ASI may have the ability to connect to your
system without your advance approval, connections will only be established on an
as-needed basis. Additionally, we maintain connection information for your account
within a secured and encrypted environment.
The Remote Host version will be installed as a service on your computer, meaning
that the application will run any time the computer is turned on. Though the capability
exists for ASI to access your computer at any time, we will only do so in order
to support, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain your ASI system according to your
agreement with ASI.

Usage Instructions
The Single Session version requires no installation and only runs when desired.
During startup of the application, a unique password will be generated. The unique
ID and password displayed will need to be passed to your ASI representative in order
to allow him/her access to your computer. Remote access to your computer, then,
is controlled directly by you and will only be requested in order to support,
develop, troubleshoot, and maintain your ASI system according to your agreement
with ASI. When you exit the application, remote access will no longer be possible.
